The Pickwick Theatre had a paid attendance of 355 for our screenings of Dr. No (1962) on May 18, 2022. Thank you to all the fans who joined us for this 60th anniversary event!
We are grateful to James Bond author and film historian Raymond Benson for introducing the film. Thank you to Ian Fleming Foundation Board Member Colin Clark for his amazing display in the lobby, and thank you to organist Jay Warren for his pre-show music.
Additionally, we would like to thank our “Bond Girl” hostesses, Beka and Diana, as well as the Pickwick’s management and staff. Finally, we are very grateful to Czech graphic artist Pavla Koudelkova (Beka’s mom!) for her Dr. No artwork promoting this screening.
Our James Bond events are always very popular with audiences. We make the shows fun— and we bring in the best people to talk about them. We look forward to 2023 and the 60th anniversary of From Russia With Love…… and the 50th anniversary of Live and Let Die……
