Not the 255 people who came out to see it on October 7, 2026! We are grateful to all those fans who showed up to support this event. We had a head-spinning good time!
We are indebted to film critic Nick Digilio. He was our special guest and introduced the 7 PM screening. Thank you to those who picked up copies of Nick’s new book, 40 Years, 40 Horror Films. It’s a fabulous collection of film criticism on some of the most important movies in the modern horror genre. If you missed the opportunity to get a signed copy in person, Nick will be back on October 28 to introduce the original Poltergeist.
Thank you to our wonderful co-hosts: Beka, Diana & Allison. Thank you to our organist, Jake McDonagh. Hearing the theme to Halloween as well as “Tubular Bells” from The Exorcist on the Mighty Wurlitzer was pretty cool.
And thank you to Kathryn, our incomparable theatre manager, and the Pickwick staff.
