Our “unofficial” kick-off to our tenth season will take place on August 23, 2023. Consider this more of a “pop-up” event for kids. To commemorate the end of summer (and the return to school), we thought we’d screen one of the all-time family classics, 1982’s E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, directed by Steven Spielberg.
We had intended on showing this film last season. Unfortunately, due to a nationwide screening commemorating its 40th anniversary, we could not. Although we may be a year late, we’re not too late to enjoy this on the Mega-screen. We’ll have the screen up for our first two shows of the new season, so come out and support the Pickwick Theatre Classic Film Series.
On August 23, we’ll also announce our “official” Opening Night film, which will be shown on September 13, 2023. More details to follow…
