Based on the numbers from our exhibitor database, there were 2,000 theatres that played Die Hard (1988) nationally on Friday, December 15, 2023; the Pickwick Theatre ranked #2 in attendance!
Thank you to the 496 patrons who attended our only Friday screening. That’s a great turnout considering there was no media coverage or even a listing for the film.
Special thanks to our hosts Beka and Diana (who introduced Die Hard) and to student organist Jake McDonagh for supplying the holiday pre-show music on the Mighty Wurlitzer at 6:30 PM.
Die Hard is a gripping, action thriller that looked spectacular on the Mega-screen. We were happy to see fans lining up in their Die Hard shirts and getting involved with it. You could hear the applause at all the classic lines!
